August Fitness Goals

So this month I want to encourage all of you to write down your short term fitness goals and share them below. Each month I will check in and share my progress!

August Fitness Goals:

1. Try out a new  5 minute workout.

2. Cook a new healthy meal for myself and family.

3. Loose 5 pounds.

4. Schedule gym/workout sessions in my schedule.

5. Cut out junk food/ find healthy alternatives.
